We booked an overnight spa break with dinner allowance and breakfast. The experience was really made special by the staff - all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with Elemis toiletries and the spa was clean and well managed. The food in the orangery was absolutely fantastic. There are good tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it’s wise to check the milk in the room as ours was past its date, this was very promptly resolved with a quick call to reception however. Some minor points of improvement would be signposting in the spa for newcomers and if a room is for two there should be two robes provided in the bedroom; perhaps also advise customers that they can use those robes to change in their room then come to the spa as we were told after we had entered the spa. We will definitely be back however as it was such a lovely stay.

Perfection - As close to the best weekend you can buy - not the lowest price - but a memorable stay - reception / rooms/ facilities / spa /chauffeur driven Bentley - too & from the restaurant- world class - truly spoiled -Breakfast 👎 excessive waiting time to be seated - 40 minutes wait/ cold toast - frozen butter - watery scramble eggs - poor service -! This breakfast service will need overhaul if we are ever to call - stay over again Anna / Spa - 2 treatments - amazing 🤩-Thanks The only other requirement for a good nights sleep 🛌- THE PILLOWS ( Room 1041 ) go check them out !

A wonderful Spa break
We had an excellent one night Spa break, everything was first class from the attentive staff in every dept to the wonderful Spa facilities, lovely Deluxe large deluxe room and fantastic dinner and breakfast in the Orangery. We will definitely return again in the future.

Perfect Spa Break
My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa, and it was exactly the relaxing break we needed. From start to finish, everything was perfect.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the thermal spa journey, which was made even more enjoyable by the beautiful weather. It was a truly serene experience that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
We also dined at the hotel, and the meal was absolutely delicious and was part of the reason for returning. This was our second visit to Ribby Hall; the first time, we had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse suite. This time, we booked a bit last minute and the only availability was a double room. Despite this, we were more than happy with the accommodation and would gladly book the same room again in the future.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
