The room was a little tired and carpet didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Settee was uncomfortable as the cushions sagged into the base.

Fantastic stay. Very friendly staff.
Excellent meals at restaurant.
Extraordinary gardens.
Just a little disappointed with the cobwebs on the exterior window.

We stayed here for Badminton Horse trials and had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was nice and there was a wide range of food available. We had dinner there every night as well which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely hotel!
Slightly "disappointed" by the dinner service. We arrived at 6:30pm, ordered our meals swiftly with the waitress. Our dinner did not come until after 8:30pm. It was very busy to be fair.
