We really liked our room in what was probably the stables. It was very well fitted out and very important for us on the ground floor,

Whole atmosphere was geared towards a very noisy party-no heating on, no milk for in-room coffee/tea, no new loo roll, limited dining (so went elsewhere). Had we been told there was a late-night party for 60, we would not have booked. Spoke to reception before arrival (3 days before) and no mention. It was a lot of money for a lot of noise.

Lovely pub in a lovely area. Very good overnight stay in a nice, comfortable room. Dinner & breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Thank you to Rob and the team for a very enjoyable break. We will definitely return.

Stayed for a couple of nights to attend meeting ne
Very traditional village pub with modern b&b facilities. Very clean room with big shower room. Great service from Rob the GM and full English Breakfast was of good quality and generous portions.

Good overnight stop
Gorgeous old thatched pub, reception at the bar. Self contained room in adjacent barn. Few problems getting the heating going but eventually ok. Food excellent, service great. The young people running the show couldn’t do enough for you.

Clifden Arms
Lovely thatched pub, staff friendly, room clean and basic just right for our short stay. Breakfasts where good and well presented, unfortunately the pub restaurant is not open for food Monday and Tuesday's so we could not eat at the Clifden Arms which was a shame. Perhaps this should be noted on your summery of this pub.

Excellent
Excellent place to stay near Oxford. Lovely and quiet surroundings. A quintessential english pub. Beer really good from local brewery. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice.

Great B&B!
Very welcoming and friendly with fresh milk in our room for tea and coffee. Lovely comfortable bed and bonus cooked breakfasts!
