Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind auch großzügig und sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz großzügig hinter dem Hotel.
Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen, Kaffee am Automaten und sonst alles da was man sich wünschen kann.
Bei sehr warmen Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage empfehlenswert.

To claim this is a luxury four star hotel is as far from the truth as you can possible come.
Breakfast was great. The rest of the hotel seems old, and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Charakter des Hotels liegt irgendwo zwischen Konferenzhotel und Seniorenresidenz, etwas unklar. Die Möbel sind solide, aber irgendwie alles ein bisschen altbacken. Leider insgesamt unmotiviert wirkende Mitarbeiter/innen, teils regelrecht muffig. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des - empfohlenen - Restaurants ausgesucht, man sagte uns es sei kein Problem dort auch draussen einen Tisch zu bekommen, als wir um halb sieben Uhr essen wollten, waren vier Tische belegt, weitere ca zehn Tische frei, aber der Ober schickte uns weg, diese Tische seien gesperrt. Wenn man eine 15tägige Radtour macht, erlebet man viele verschiedene Hotels und Restaurants, aber das war hier wirklich ein Ausreißer nach unten. Frühstück: sehr gut.

Wir haben unsere GoldeneHochzeit hier gefeiert und unsere Gäste haben auch alle hier übernachtet. Es war ein Traum. Schon bei der Planung stand uns das Team hilfreich zur Seite, von der Auswahl des Raums, der Dekoration, des Menüs etc. Schon bei derAnkunft war ein Teil der Tische des Foyers festlich eingedeckt. Auch der Raum, in welchem die Feier stattfand war vorbereitet, wunderbar eingedeckt, mit Kerzen und der schönem Blumenschmuck.Das Menü war lecker und die Bedienung flink und freundlich. Mehr geht nicht. Familie und Gäste waren begeistert, auch von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und dem Frühstück am nächsten Morgen

Zum wiederholten Mal waren wir hier zum Zwischenstopp auf unserem Weg an die Ostsee. Schönes Hotel, recht gute Küche, und mit dem nur einen Steinwurf entfernten UNESCO Welterbe Gartenreich Wörlitzer Park auf jeden Fall ein lohnendes Ziel.
