Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again

A big thank you to Emily and Pete for making very welcome here and with a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble and so helpful. Will definitely return on regular basis as this was our first visit. Great food too t

Fantastic evening for my son’s 10th birthday! Cannot thank the staff enough for their help when a very difficult customer was hassling us! Emily was very professional and handled the situation very well! Reassuring us we wasn’t at fault and making us feel welcome and safe. Alisha was helpful behind the bar whilst serving and getting me a children’s menu Jack was friendly with the service and handled the difficult customer very well and professionally also! Kane was very polite and welcoming whilst serving the carvery which is one of the best carvery’s I have had in a long time. Over all the food was delicious and Staff are polite, helpful and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely come back here again

Visited today and it was a genuine pleasure. Food was fantastic and service was fantastic. Emily, Jack and the team were fantastic to our party of 7. Well recommended.

I retreated here for 2 nights for my birthday alone. The room was clean and comfy. The bath was lovely and deep for a good soak. The cleaners were lovely as was the night receptionist. The canal at the back of the hotel was an added bonus.
