Lovely property room and cottage done to a very high standard extremely clean friendly welcome and accommodating. Cooked breakfast was outstanding all fresh and local produce property, only a ten minute walk from the coast and on the doorstep to the lake district would highly recommend.

This small B&B is truly a home away from home. The hosts, Sue and Fred, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, tea and coffee makers are in the rooms, the beds are perfect, and breakfasts are made to order. Fred, especially, is very knowledgeable about the area and has lots of tips of where to go and what to see. As we had a small medical emergency, Sue and Fred helped us access a physician and waived the check-out time, so we could organize ourselves. If you are looking for a very friendly and personal experience, do visit Armidale Cottages.
