Room was facing street so can hear passer-bys chat. No fan or air-con as weather is very cold.

Lovely apartment with great location to worcester race course. My only issue would be parking we couldn’t get any of the links to load and parking on the streets are permit only. Eventually loaded the links for parking and parked in the pub next door brought a drink and put my reg in the pub. Hopefully we wont get a fine.

We traveled from Cincinnati, Ohio to visit my best friend who lives in Worcester. I sent her a few potential places to help us choose where we should stay and we were so pleased she helped us choose a great place at no.12! We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked enough nights and the host was so kind to allow us to book a different flat for one more night which was the Friar Street flat. It did not disappoint. We happened to be in town during a heatwave so very grateful there were portable fans in the rooms! I would definitely stay here again next time we visit!

The only downside is the parking everything else was perfect clean and very good communication will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment, everything you needed including tea,coffee,milk,sugar,oil etc. parking easy in the pub next door. Beautiful decor. We plan to return next year.

Parked in the pub next door for free as long as you have a drink and eat there

We booked a 2 night stay when visiting Christmas fair Little unsure what to expect but wow 5 min walk from train station 10 min walk to town centre We had the studio apartment we expected a tiny space NO it was a good size good size bed & comfy the bathroom was good size the shower excellent shower gel supplied & enough toilet roll plenty of space for hanging clothes We were on the main road so some traffic noise & im a light sleeper but It didn't wake me up 2 min walk up the road is a little sandwich shop we got breakfast from there delicious Kettle cups & tea & coffee supplied Definitely Recommend

Beautiful apartment right in the centre, which was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication was great and very helpful welcome pack and parking info. Will definitely be staying again

Amazing apartment a home away from home so lovely and lovely little thoughtful comforts throughout the apartment will definitely be coming back loved it!
