Econo Lodge Pocomoke City Hwy 13

The motel is very old and smelled like it too. But we were just passing by and needed a place to sleep. Surprisingly the bed and pillows were fantastic. I actually slept really well and wasn’t ready to leave. Staff was friendly.

Motel is dated and beds aren't very comfortable, but it was just a place to stop, shower and sleep and it was inexpensive

Clean and friendly staff. Justin the assistant manager was more than helpful along with the GM, Priyank. Both are great people and very accommodating. I enjoyed the housekeeping and breakfast amenities. Newly remodeled with 50 inch 4K tvs.

I had to wash bath tub with Clorox because it was filthy, as I washed the tub I noticed the drain was clogged and the water was filthy. The paint was peeling on a wall and a wall had cracks. The room was dingy and old. The front desk person explained the maid service was off, which prompted me to think about how unsanitary the place was. It was disgusting! It was a Freddy Kruger experience! A total horror!

This is perhaps the worst motel we have ever stayed in while traveling. There is no modicum of cleanliness, guest, safety, or hospitality being followed by this property. For example, there was a hotdog bun that was completely dried out, shoved along the side of the sofa by the wall, a full bottle of Robitussin cough syrup in the couch, floor had clearly not been mopped or cleaned in quite some time as it was greedy and filthy, neither the sink or the tub stoppers were working, the refrigerator did not keep things cold, even after adjustment and the faucet controlling the shower on the tub was rusted broken and spun freely 360° most of the time yielding scolding hot water. It snowed a couple of inches last night and no effort was made to plow or treat the slippery parking lot. I tried to convey my concerns to management, but after waiting 15 minutes at the unattended front desk I gave up and left. I could not even get a copy of my bill.

This place was smelly, dirty, mouse droppings in the bathroom, dust on the furniture, and freezing when we arrive on a cold rainy night. Temperature controls are turned off vice turned down. It was in the 30Fs inside and out until a good hour later. We brought in an air freshener just to make it tolerable. I am sure this is not the only review like this. Needs a make over.
