I typically like to stay in Hampton Inn of the Hilton Brand. They are usually very consistent and clean and comfortable. This one is no exception. The Hampton Inn of Wooster was really good. I would totally stay here again when in the area. It was clean it was comfortable, the beds were very comfortable Better than the last hotel. We stayed in which was not of the Hilton brand. And the breakfast was really good. I was quite pleased and happy. We left our other brand hotel and moved over to the Hampton Inn Wooster.

The room was very clean and all staff are working excellence. The location is perfectly what we need , the restaurant is all walking distance also shopping as well.

After using Hampton Inn as our Wooster hotel for three years, I can safely say we will never be staying here again. Service has fallen off a cliff. Beds are rock hard, doors slam at all hours through thin walls, cars rev up and down the road, and breakfast is not much more than frozen muffins and cereal packages. Our fridge stopped working and all our food spoiled. The response from front desk was “there’s no one here who can fix it”. I’m afraid that’s true for the entire property! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Philip was great at check in.....nice to see a friendly and helpful face at the end of a long day! Our room was super clean and the property was well maintained. Breakfast was a great assortment of foods. Overall a great stay at a great price.

Noise - Parents traveling with their kids acted childish. They made so much noise that they got kicked out of the lobby. You would think their common sense would tell they were being considerate because it was very late. They made so much noise going back to their rooms. I had to get up & asked to be quiet. I shared with people are trying to sleep. One dad laughed & said you don’t look sleepy. One mother laughed. One mother complained they got kicked out of the lobby. I couldn’t believe the behavior. The hotel should reminders about quiet time. Most of Hilton properties have this notice posted every where. The hotel was great. Everyone at hotel was helpful. Hotels should have “noise fines” for people who clearly doesn’t practice mindfulness.

Terrible hotel. Smells bad when you walk in, extremely dated, general manager is insanely rude, breakfast was gross. There are not many hotels in Wooster, but there are definitely better ones than this. I suggest not being rude to people that are paying to stay at your establishment. DO NOT recommend!
