Proved to be a nice quiet hotel location. Saturday Night stay - Book Restaurant early to avoid issues. Perfectly nice comfortable stay up to usual Premier Inn standards. Excellent breakfast - buffet version but cooking staff visible and available for immediate special orders - i.e. Poached Eggs. Some issues on replenishment of Bread etc - but it was a busy half-term Sunday Breakfast with a full hotel! Usual friendly staff, always helpful and obliging.

Excellent stay apart from breakfast which first morning was good and most food available but second morning waiting 15 minutes for some black pudding, bacon and eggs, it seemed that they were unable to keep up with the demand. The rooms were ok, if you stay more than one night remember to ask for room to be cleaned.

The room was basic. It needs more plug sockets as there wasnt one on either side of the bed, and the shower curtain was stained. Other than that, staff were friendly, the bed was comfy and it was a good base for what we needed. Food as always was good from the beefeater.

Thank you to Beth, George and Benji who went above and beyond to accommodate when I turned up late for the restaurant - greatly appreciated! I've been before and the room is always clean. Will be back soon. Food was lovely and the staff are very friendly.

The room was good. The bed was comfy. The double glazed window was so ill fitting that we might as well have left it open. Any noise from outside came straight into the room. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly, but a better night's sleep would have been had if the windows had been better.

Naz was very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome all the staff were great Did enjoy breakfast first day and 2nd but 3rd day not so good egg and beans were dry but still had a fabulous time The cleaner's were very friendly and helpful even apologised for the cart in the hallway A good Team

What an experience at the premier in Crewe west… once again the team have been amazing. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. Wendy and max your are brilliant… I will surely be back and see you all soon…. I have used many premier inn hotels around the uk and by far this site has been the most welcoming and has made me feel at home even though I am 300 miles away I huge thank you to the team..

The room was very clean and well presented although the whole building is showing signs of age. The restaurant food (breakfast) on both days was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, the restaurant staff particularly Carol were excellent.

Excellent service .. Special recognition for Sarah on reception, helpful and always smiling. Here for a long weekend with family and Sarah was always happy to help. Room was clean , shower was hot and beds were very comfortable. Very pleasant stay

Small group of cyclists spending 3 days exploring the scenes around Cheshire. This hotel exceeded all expectations; very reasonably priced, very friendly and supportive staff and a comfortable night's sleep. Cycles allowed in rooms made for stress-free sleeping - once booked just make sure you phone up to request a ground floor room if you have a bike.

My stay premier inn west was excellent. I often visit my family and request the same room 116 . The staff very professional curtious and nothing was to much trouble. The cleanliness was excellent The ladies that housekeeping and clean work really hard 👏 to maintain this status well done 👏. Overall I would recommend premier inn west 👌 clean, goodnight Sleep 😴.

I stayed here overnight as a stop on my way South on the motorbike. The hotel was easy to find and has its own parking (important for such a trip). The facilities were as advertised, but the standard was well above par. The staff were attentive and efficient. The attached restaurant fitted my needs perfectly and the food and drink were of good quality. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and did the job of getting me back in the road the next day refreshed and replenished!
