Great Stay I had a really good stay at the Premier Inn Crewe West. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short trip. What made the experience stand out even more was the excellent service from a staff member named Sarah. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile – and Sarah certainly did! All in all, a great stay with great service. I’d definitely recommend this Premier Inn and would happily stay again.

The Premier Inn was very clean and comfortable. Slept extremely well . Fan was provided as heat wave at the time. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning staff working very hard in very hot conditions yet still cheerful. The adjoining restaurant really let it down. Very low quality breakfast, tired, tatty and dusty environment. Would totally recommend the Premier Inn but next time we certainly wouldn't eat at the Beefeater.

Die Dusche war katastrophal. Aus dem Wasserhahn am Waschbecken kam mehr Wasser raus als aus dem Duschkopf und die Temperatur war nur lauwarm. Der Teppichboden hatte ein Loch. An einer Badfliese hing ein langes schwarzes Haar. Nach der Beschwerde wurde mir versprochen, dass es entfernt wird, aber es ist nichts passiert. Als ich nach einem Rabatt gefragt habe, wurde mir geraten per Mail zu beschweren. Nach 4 Mails und einem Monat Wartens, kam immer noch keine Antwort.

Always a friendly and efficient service. We always stay there. Rooms are clean and good quality. Beds are very comfortable.
