The hotel is on the second floor, similar to a hotel apartment. Parking needs to be purchased at the front desk and parked on the 3rd or 4th floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is air conditioning and the temperature in winter is acceptable. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, but few nearby attractions.

We stayed here as we needed to attend a rowing carnival at Monterey beach and not many serviced apartments on this side of Sydney. The building is very new and the apartment super clean. All amenities you require are provided and there is a supermarket in the building next door (as well as fruiterer, butcher, Bakers Delight). The gym was in 'maintenance' when we were there so we did not get to use unfortunately. Minties at reception are a lovely touch. You ideally need a car when staying here as a 1km walk to train station (uphill one way). The car park is secure but tight to drive around.

This is a great hotel in great spot, with a great shopping centre below and two big gyms within metres. My room is always serviced well, with stand out servicing provided by Jennifer (6 star hotel style!). As always Sidnei is a champion, always available and always smiling. The rest of the tram are always all smiles and very helpful too. Even when I was locked out of my room at 10.05pm! ☺️

Facility and rooms are nice and new great space.Check in was late very disappointing and no sincerity about the delay.I will prob give it one more chance in case it was an off weekend purely because the rooms a nice and modern.

We come from the Central Coast to watch the Sharks games. This year we will have stayed at this Quest hotel three times. Three of us stayed in the one-bedroom apartment overlooking the road and the golf course. The room was very quiet - no noise from both inside and outside the hotel. The apartment itself is spacious with a separate, large bedroom. We were provided with a rollaway bed in the lounge room and still there was a lot of space for us to move around, eat etc. Kitchen provided everything we needed. Large king bed which we asked to be divided into two king singles. Nothing was a problem for the staff, both on the phone and in person. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. We will certainly continue to stay here for future matches and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
