Room didn’t match the website Website displays an immaculate and new two bedroom apartment. We revelations dirty, old and damaged apartment. BATH WAS RUSTY! Area is rough and dodgy When I called for a manager he arrived and hour later and did not accept my summary of the room Asked me rudely ‘what do you want’ I want the room I booked on the website His answer… it doesn’t exist

Nicely appointed. The room -kitchen was not prepared for a 12 day stay on my arrival. Most everything was rectified within 2 days. Light in kitchen was out, had to defrost 4inches of ice in freezer compartment, TV was not connected for use until the following day. The handyman was friendly and competent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bodywash and shampoo were refilled eventually. I was shown how to use the gas stove and washer safely. Pool area was pleasant. After a slow start I felt well taken care of.
