An absolute nightmare to find and check in !
$200 “security deposit “ that they hold onto for so long is boarder line criminal . It’s more than the cost of the studio !

Hygiene is average! What makes me most disgusted is that there are a lot of women’s hair on the sheets and in the washing machine 🤮 But just go in and out with security

I had an amazing stay at South City Square Hotel by Rambla! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, just to give you a hint, it is a contactless check-in and every thing is done digitally, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – the bed was super cozy, and the city views were beautiful. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool – such a great spot to relax and take in the views. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I’d love to come back again!

Great stay with Rambla ! Very comfortable and the location was fantastic, everything you needed was in the room or downstairs within the complex including a full size supermarket date night type restaurants and casual eateries. Didn't have to leave the area. Unique style check-in was great, just needed to read the instructions they sent when I made the booking so I was all prepared for arrival day Will be back again for sure

We had an awesome time at Rambla South City! The digital key was fantastic—so easy to use, I honestly don't get the fuss in other reviews. It worked perfectly for us. The location couldn't be better and the bed was super comfy. Our room was super spotless, with a cool, modern vibe that we loved. Their housekeeping and guest services team were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Even our kids were happy with the stay! Whether you're in Brisbane for work or fun, this is the place to be.

What fantastic spot for a city break. Such a good location and beautiful rooms. The added bonus of a rooftop pool, sauna and steam room made our girls trip complete. We were spoilt for choice for dinning options in the complex. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back
