It was a terrible experience. The hotel is mixed with overnight guests and people sort of living there paying monthly rates? Some person staying in room right next door actually knocked on my door, after midnight! Asking for "a light"! For what I can only imagine. Totally freaked me out. I said no through the closed door. THEN overnight, multiple times and from 4 am on, someone was pacing in the hallway outside my door!!! It turns out could have been one of these residents with some sort of dimentia?? Or other mental condition. When I asked the lady why she couldn't separate me or the regular overnight guests from these residents, she said because there's scattered around the building. Obviously I will never stay there ever again. The woman behind the desk was actually very sweet. But whatever they're doing from an ownership standpoint and a policy standpoint of mixing overnight, guests with these residents is obviously unacceptable and creep

Check in took about 15 minutes and was not busy at the time. Tired from driving for the past 5 hours and was just hoping it would have been a little faster. Bathroom in our room had broken toilet seat and mirrors had a film from previous cleaning that made reflection blurry and hard to see yourself. Lots of dust on bottom of furniture and dresser and table appeared to have spills that did not cleaned up well.

I went to check in and they said I didn’t have a reservation. Even with my confirmation number they didn’t have my name. Where is the money I paid??? No one knows. ******* can’t help. I’m out the money I booked for a room.

Horrible stay. If you can avoid staying at Quality Inn in Woodstock, do it. The room was horrible. The chairs had stains, the bathtub was dirty, paint peeling off of the bathroom door. The air conditioner, when running, was loud and rattling. There was no ice in the ice machines. Check-in starts at 3:00pm, but if you don’t check in by 4:00, they will charge your card, even if you aren’t there yet. They said it is part of their cancellation policy, which I could not find online.

Staff is pleasant and location is near central Woodstock. The hotel room has tile and linoleum flooring. If you walk around barefoot, you can feel cleaning product residue under feet. There was a cobweb in the corner of my room on the ceiling. The shower head in my bathroom was calified. There is a restroom in the lobby. The paper towel dispenser was jammed. There was a towel hanging on the back of the door and two rags on the counter. This gave me the heebie jeebies.

Hotel tried to cancel, ********** had my back They tried to cancel my reservation 3 days prior because they were overbooked. I told them I did not want to cancel and I had this booked over 3.5 months ago and was traveling from out of town.
