Sean was wonderful. Great front guy. Susan was also lovely. We are part of the Sean fan club. Sean got us towels and shower caps. He was very helpful. Susan checked us out and she was lovely. Very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The rooms were nice.

Sean was amazing! He was so helpful and accommodating! He was just wonderful and it should be commended. The room was very nice double beds were very comfortable. We came down for shower caps and Shawna accommodated us. He also gave us an extra towel which was very nice. We definitely will be back if we stay in Atlanta. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Sean at the front desk needs a raise! He went above and beyond, his dedication to customer service was much appreciated. We needed extra pillows an towels, Sean was happy to help. My cousin wasn’t feeling well Sean was compassionate and caring. Love this hotel and hope to see Sean again the next time we visit.

We really enjoyed this place, the staff was super friendly and very attentive to our needs It was very clean, easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The breakfast had a nice variety and we didn't run out of anything. We are planning to be in the area again soon and will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, cordial and friendly staff. This Inn offered a delicious and diverse complimentary breakfast. I will stay there again. The covers we're changed daily as were the sheets. Finding the black shades took a few minutes, however the staff were willing to assist.

Susan and Jasmine were so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We received excellent customer service from both these individuals. Susan was very helpful with our reservation. The 800 number really doesn't handle individual needs. So I called the hotel directly. When we needed something like kleenex, etc., they were there to help. We had a question about our bill and Jasmine took care of it immediately. Thank you!

we stayed three nights and travelled to Woodstock and Canton which were both convenient to the hotel.The hotel was clean,room was comfortable,the pool was enjoyable,and Susan at the front desk was a very welcoming,lovely person. would stay again.

We are thrilled to share our wonderful experience at FairField Inn.. Susan was the nicest person we’ve ever encountered at a hotel. she was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked by desk. Susan was exceptionally helpful, recommending great places to dine and ensuring our needs were met promptly. We’ll definitely be back!
