Excellent all around. Only small complaint was that I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle. In hindsight I probably should’ve put a pickup time in the special requests section when booking. I live abroad so need WiFi to make calls and was afraid I’d miss the shuttle if I went inside to make the call. It was there within 5 minutes of calling, and I had a good night’s sleep and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

It is across the road from the airport. There is a free hotel shuttle bus to the airport. There is a metro at the door, which is also free. There are no restaurants nearby.

I really don't like the front desk of this hotel. bad. No check-in for less than three days. Then the black guy asked me to check in in advance and wouldn’t give it to me.

Stayed at the Best Western prior to flying out of Lambert airport. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely nice and the price was right. The beds were comfortable. This is our new pre vacation hotel for early morning flights! Definitely recommend you give it a try!

We came into town from Maryland about two days after a tornado hit the section of ST LOUIS where we had originally booked an Airbnb. Because of the destruction and lack of power we were forced to change plans and book a hotel. We had never stayed at this location and weren’t exactly happy about it because staying at Best Westerns whether plus or not can be an uneven experience. With some of the properties showing their age although all of them are clean. We were very pleased with this location however which turned out to be not only modern but only 10 minutes from the family we came to visit. We had to wind up staying an additional five nights due to the weather not cooperating when we originaly planned to drive back home. The customer service from all was. 10+++! The coffee was good and hot with three different kinds of boldness for decaf and regular. The food was good and for those that want something extra or miss the hotel breakfast, there is a great pancake house diner directly across the street. The front desk personnel—Kitty and Josh were both helpful, professional and courteous! The cleaning staff Aslish and Binita were kind and courteous as well. We cannot leave out how kind and helpful Ms Maria was who handled the breakfast station every morning. We look forward to staying at this location when we come back to ST LOUIS next time!

We stayed for 2 nights with our 4-month-old while visiting family in the area. The hotel and rooms are IMMACULATE, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. There was plenty of space to set up a pack & play. We had some reservations about staying by the airport with a baby but truly the noise was not bad at all. Once in a while we’d hear an airplane, but it was no different than what you’d experience in everyday life. The Boeing facility is nearby and was testing F-15s so that caused some increased noise, but only lasted about 20 minutes total. My only complaint is that the air in the rooms is VERY dry. We all had dry coughs that cleared up within a few minutes of being out of the room. Overall, great stay and will be our go-to if we’re back in the area.

My husband and I had a 7 am flight, so we spent the night before at this hotel. We took the 4:40 shuttle and arrived plenty of time before our flight. It is literally 5 minutes from the airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The room was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were dropped off at the hotel, so we walked over to Subway and picked up sandwiches for dinner. We would stay here again.
