Conveniently off of I-26 exit 23 we are near University of North Carolina at Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway historical downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estates. Relax in one of our Suites which include microwave and refrigerators or select one of our comfortable newly decorated rooms with either a King size bed or two Queen size beds. We had an excellent stay for the location and price. I forgot to print our concert tickets and staff went above and beyond to get the tickets printed for us. Due to traffic we were also running late not only did the tickets get printed fast, check in was fast. We will definitely be back in the future.

This is the worst hotel experience ever.!!! We reserved 2 rooms for a family of 5 as we were on our way to Hilton Head S. C. We just needed an over night stay on our long road trip. I used my Wyndham rewards points to get the 2 rooms at what was advertised by Wyndham as a 3 star hotel. What a big mistake!!! It was worse than a 1 star hotel. The rooms were overwhelming with moldy and mildew smells. The air conditioning units were extremely rusty and smelly. Worst of all we found numerous insects crawling around; roaches, slugs and large spiders. The carpets were dirty; one of the blanket covers had food stains; drywall was crumbling in areas. WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Door lock didn't work, No maintenance personnel available to address issues, including safety issues as the door lock didn't function. Very poor breakfast options, likely there only to say they offer free breakfast. Management didn't contact me about issues.

Motel not hotel
We arrived at 7pm and was told our room was ready. It wasn't cleaned and we were given another room. That room had stains on the floor, the walls, and the power ***** was overloaded.
Be advised this is a motel with outside doors and lots of foot traffic.
