Nicely appointed hotel with spacious guest rooms. We had a very comfortable King bed. Recommend you ask for a room away from Highway (I5) as it is noisy and busy all night. Staff were super friendly and a full breakfast is provided in the morning starting at 6:30am. Woodburn is nice town with many amenities and restaurants. We went into town and had a nice Pizza dinner at Pizza Hut! The hotel also has a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub that stays open until 10 pm. Great stay!

My wife and daughter booked a stay there and the manager kept asking my wife if her husband was also with them. Then he left the office to go ”check” the room by himself before handing out the keys. My wife noted stains on the lampshade and comforter and hair on the toilet. The location was also spotty and there were homeless people loitering around close to the hotel. My wife and daughter left after less than 20 minutes, we cancelled the reservation and were still charged full stay before finally being reimbursed only portion of the booking. This business needs to be investigated and shut down.

The breakfast is very simple and full, there are many people after 8:30 and there may be no seats. The room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively old, and overall the price is relatively high. It is very close to the outlets, two or three minutes by car.
