OOS means out of service. This applies to the pump that pushes the hot water to your room. When I went to shower and only cold water came up I called the front desk. She told me that she learned about the fact that the pump that pushed the hot water to the rooms was broken today and that I would need o let the water run for 20 minutes until it got warm. On my way back in from dinner I noticed a sign on the front door posted by the Fire Marshall that the property was on fire watch because the fire protection system was OOS. The date on the notice was 2/6/2025 so more than 3 months! I am going to hope that the fire marshall has yet to come back and inspect to remove the notice. I’m hoping that they took care of this issue responsibly and are not just letting it ride. Also hoping that the hot water pump was only down for the day and that this too is not a recurring issue There are two other Marriott properties right there so this would be very hard to rebook.

The hotel is clean, though a little bit rundown, and the front desk staff were helpful. The rooms are nice, I liked the layout, and there was ample room. Breakfast was OK, though they had a limited amount of fresh fruit. The breakfast staff was helpful. As a Platinum-level married member, I have stayed at SpringHill Suites hotels all over the country. This is the only one that I have ever stayed at that charged extra for parking your car. And, to my displeasure, I did not find out about the parking charges until after my stay, when I received the bill by email. I called the manager of the hotel, Jennifer, but she refused to do anything about the unexpected charge.

The staff are fantastic. My daughter forgot her stuffed animal that she's carried with her since she was 2. We called to see if they had a lost and found and the staff shipped us the lost item. Other places probably would have thrown it away, but small toys can mean everything to a kid.

Everything was fine until last night, I got up to use the restroom and saw a live cockroach at the sink. I killed it. My room was on the fourth floor, so I believe the whole hotel is infested with cockroaches. I had the complementary breakfast the first two days which thinking I may have eaten cockroaches droppings made me feel ill. I told the front desk person and he said please call the manager later when they get in. I called and was told one of the managers left last week and the other manager was filling in for the GM and may be around Monday. The desk person said they had no way to contact the manager, then told me to contact costumer service. I called and they started a ticket for the incident and told me thank you for the information and have a nice day. It doesn’t seem they care about this at all.

We travel constantly, and the breakfast at this hotel is the worst we’ve had. It was literally just eggs with biscuits, some juice, cofee and waffles. The price is high compared to other places with the same features, and they usually offer a variety like bacon, sausage, ham, pancakes, among other things. Also, the eggs tasted bad, and my son felt sick about an hour after eating them, and the only difference from his normal diet was the eggs. The price does not match the quality; several lights in the room didn’t work.

Noise from other rooms, people running room to room, doors slamming, dogs barking, just awful. Paid $200 for a nice suite for me and my family. We had to call the front desk to complain. First and last time at this place.

Stayed for a few day business trip. Room was very “worn”. Had difficulty with hot water for the shower. Was clean and staff was nice, but rooms need some love.

The hotel didn’t have hot water at night, no hot water in the morning and after 12, they turned off water due to some issue. Also their toilet and bathrooms are separate with a sliding frosted glass door and no lock for the toilet and bathroom. Their shower knobs were a century old. They seriously need a makeover for the hotel.
