A spacious living room, along with a full size dining room and kitchen. Includes a hot tub located on the back porch, along with outdoor seating. Smart TV with Wi-Fi and channels. For entertainment, we have a tennis table, a foosball table and 2 adult-sized bicycles, along with board games perfect for all ages. All new appliances. All new furniture throughout the house. Includes a washer and dryer machine, with detergent. 2-Car garage. Located near the PDX airport, with only a 15 minute commute. As well as a 25 minute commute to Vancouver Waterfront and the Portland Downtown.
