A gem in Surabaya, newly open and not far from Tunjungan Plaza, it is a quiet area, very clean hotel and best of all, great attitude by every staff. This can only happen because it is led by super general manager and incredible Chief Chef Andrys who ensure cleaniness and freshness. I humbly salute every staff for making my stay so EXTRAORDINARY (from 1 night to 4 nights). I'll be back!!! Thank you...

I’d say it’s a very standard hotel.
The gym is extremely basic, the service is ok. The spa is just a massage place and completely overpriced. The AC was not working.
The hotel is has a great price value balance but you only get what you pay.
