3박4일 아내와 원주 여행차 묵은 숙소에요, 평점이 좋아 선택했는대 막상 현실은 개폭망이에요.
첫째, 방 창문이 너무 작아서 답답해요.
둘째, 매일 숙소 청소 여부에 대하여 손님께 물어보지도 않아요, 그래서 그냥 4일동안 쓰레기들과 지냈어요, 외부 쓰레기 수집소도 보이지 않아요.
그냥 참은 거쥬!!!
셋째, 추웠어요(관리자와 매니져에게 온도 높여 달라고 요청하였으나 중앙 통제 난방이고 아직 겨울이 아니기때문에 작동 않하니 그냥 버티래요! ‘식당가서 반찬 맛없다고 하니, 그 반찬은 먹지마, 수준의 답변’ 황당하쥬???- 당시 밤 외부온도 14도, 방 내부온도 23도)
그래서, 4일동안 가운 2개씩 입고 버텼어요!
환불이요??? 요구했죠! 돌아오는 답은 구박이죠, 뭐?
자기들은 환불 불가하니 예약했던 trip.com에 하고, 배째쇼이더라구요!
결론은 숙소측 사정도 있지만 손님의 불편을 최대한 해결하려는 노력하는 자세가 상도의이며, 그게 어려우면 손님이 이해하도록 최선을 다해 양해를 구하는게 손님을 대하는 자세 아닐까요? 사정이 이러니 우린 어쩔 수 없고 그냥 따르라는 거는 조직을 운영하는 꼰대의 발상이죠! WJ호텔은 조직 양성 숙소인가요?!!

호텔은 청결했습니다만 위치나 내부 인터리어 등은 그냥 깔끔한 모텔 같은 느낌이었습니다.
연휴동안 아내와 시간을 내어 묵으려고 했던 다른 호텔의 예약이 시스템 상에서 취소된 이후 트립닷컴에서 연결해 준 숙소였고, 보상으로 받았던 트립 코인을 사용하여 실제 가격 10만원보다 적은 6만원에 예약을 할 수 있어서 선택한 숙소였습니다. 지도 상에서 보니 치악산 입구와 가깝다는 점도 장점이 될 것이라고 생각했습니다만 결과적으로는 보통의 선택이었습니다.
