The receptionists were all really nice and helpful. The room had all the equipment needed and was clean. It was really well placed in the city. And they can keep your luggage before check-in and after checkout 🙏🏻.

It's cozy and neat..

It was a great opportunity to stay one night at Gorilla Hotel during a trip to Gangwon-do with my family. It was great because there was a lot of food and convenience nearby.

First of all, the TV is very big and nice. The room was clean and I had a good rest. However, the room was a little cold, perhaps because the weather was very cold.

The bed sheets and pillowcases seem to smell.

It was clean, but there was dust in places you couldn't see. The refrigerator was too small.

I am very satisfied with the mechanical keyboard, network and TV in the gaming room.

The bedding is clean and neat. The front desk kindly informed me, and it was good in many ways.

The first room I was assigned to smelled like cigarettes, but fortunately they replaced it so I was able to rest comfortably.

The location of the hotel is very good, diagonally opposite AK PLAZA and Lotte Mart, across the road is the dining area, and on the right is the bar area. It is a 5-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal. Free coffee, toast, milk, and room reservation are included for breakfast. The room is not included. There is a 100-square-meter TV and computer in the room. It is very clean and the price is reasonable. Recommended

It's a great place to spend a day on a business trip^^

The facilities are nice and newly renovated. There are many convenient facilities nearby. However, there seems to be a lack of attention to detail in setting up the breakfast.

I liked the interior as it was so sophisticated and modern, and it was comfortable. The interior was also gorgeous and luxurious, so it was good to take pictures :) It was a place I went by chance, but it was nice!

I visited because of the soaking show. There were quite a few places to eat nearby and it was pleasant and nice. The room felt more like a motel than a hotel.
