Sehr unfreundliche und inkompetente Geschäftsführung und Verwaltung, es wird nur auf die Webseite verwiesen. Nur Online Buchung ohne Bestätigung. Hier liegt klare Verschleierung vor. Keine Preistransparenz, keine Buchungsbestätigung per Mail. Schlechte Stimmung bei der Buchung, wird hier die maroden Zimmer verschleiert?

Sehr schönes Erlebnis. Wir haben einen Kochkurs gehabt. Der Sous-chef hat uns mit viel Humor und Kompetenz Küchen-Kniffe gezeigt. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Wir nehmen viel mit, schöne Erinnerungen und super Kochtipps. Immer ein Erlebnis Wert!

Kochen/Grillen mit Grillmeister Daniel auf unterschiedlichen Systemen war sehr interessant und hat Spaß gemacht. Mit Namen bedruckte Grillschürze, Getränke und Rezeptbüchlein waren im Preis enthalten. Alle 8 Gänge waren sehr lecker und werden auf jeden Fall nachgegrillt.

Wir hatten die Junior Suite gemietet. Wir sind viel unterwegs und sehen die unterschiedlichsten Unterkünfte in allen Kategorien, in unterschiedlichen Ländern. Leider gibt es hier und da ein paar Dinge die so gar nicht gehen: Es gab auf dem Zimmer nicht genug Tassen um für zwei Personen einen Kaffee zu machen. Auch überhaupt keine Löffel vorhanden. Als wir uns einen Kaffee machen wollten, staunten wir nicht schlecht als noch ein alter Pad in der Maschine lag. Wenn man eine Junior Suite mietet, dann ist in diesem Preis auch der Spa Bereich integriert. Leider war die Infrarot und die Dampfsauna nur mit Chips zu starten, doch scheinbar nicht alles inklusive, was leider auch nirgendwo stand. Wir hatten einen Jacuzzi auf dem Zimmer, eine Anleitung oder eine Erklärung wie das funktioniert haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Extra einen Balkon gewählt und dann rauchen nicht erlaubt, herzlichen Glückwunsch. Zu guter letzt hatten wir ein Arrangement gebucht, der Termin war 14:15 Uhr pünktlich um 14:10 Uhr stand meine Frau dort, dann der Schock "Ja in 25 Minuten habe ich erst Zeit". Wozu einen Termin wenn dieser nicht gehalten wird. Der Zimmerservice hat das Zimmer zwar aufgeräumt, aber das Bett nicht so wieder gebaut wie es war. Kann man so machen, aber dann nimmt man wenigstens das Tuch mit und lässt es nicht auf dem Boden liegen.

Eine schöne und super eingerichtete Eventküche und ein toller Grillkurs mit vielen netten Leuten und super leckerem Essen. Wir haben viele Tips in Sachen Zubereitung und Grillen bekommen. War ein schöner Tag mit unserem Koch Daniel und wird definitiv wiederholt.
