Very nice hotel with a great location overlooking the Giant Mountains. A big plus is the Aquapark right in the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. But there is one small minus. Both the hotel and the Aquapark need to be taken care of and minor repairs made, which are visible and spoil the impression a bit.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area. The restaurant offers a panoramic view of the mountains.
The food was very good, the service was nice and attentive.
The pool is impressive, although it is quite small. Enough for recreational purposes.
Unfortunately, the availability of parking spaces is limited and it is difficult to find a place when there is a high occupancy.
Moreover, the hotel is clean, well-kept, the interiors are renovated and aesthetic.

Hotel polecam, ale więcej niż 3 gwiazdki na pewno bym mu nie dała. Lokalizacja całkiem dobra - pomiędzy Jelenią Górą, a Szklarską Porębą, jednakże zdecydowanie tylko i wyłącznie własne auto wchodzi w grę. Pokoje dosyć duże, czyste i wygodne. Jedzenie - obiady bardzo dobre i brawo za zupy - zawsze była pomidorowa lub rosół pod dzieci + druga zupa bardziej pod dorosłych. Do obiadu wybór mięs i kilka dań na ciepło + deser choć skromny. Zdecydowanie gorzej ze śniadaniami - jajecznica z proszku, której nie dało się zjeść, parówki / kiełbaski raczej nie wysokiej jakości i ryż z sosem - tak naprawdę zerowe menu na śniadanie dla dzieci. Jedyny plus to świeże pieczywo i masło ziołowe. Gdyby nie niska jakość śniadań to naprawdę hotel całkiem fajny. Basen naprawdę spory, choć tylko 1 jacuzzi na tak duży hotel i basen to trochę mało, ale za to 3 sauny. W okresie ferii cały tydzień animacji dla dzieci - szkoda tylko, że zero propozycji dla dorosłych / czy młodzieży. Generalnie polecam, choć typowe 3 gwiazdki i nie więcej :)

WARNING: Tempted by a holiday offer, I booked a package for a week at the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel for a family of 4 in a superior room as shown in the image below (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). Upon arrival, it turned out that we were accommodated in a 3-person room (2 single beds and one single sofa bed). In addition, there were only 3 sets of bed linen and 3 sets of towels prepared in the room. Furthermore, it turned out that the room presented on the Kyriad Karkonosze booking page is not a superior room at all (!). Since it turned out that there was not enough sleeping space for one person after our arrival, we filed a complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to refund the reservation (over 1300 PLN). Therefore, please be careful when booking any room at Kyriad Karkonosze and make sure you have 100% guaranteed the appropriate number of sleeping places - do not rely on the photos on the website, as you may be greatly disappointed on site, as happened to us, which I wish on no one. Below I present photos of the room, which, as it turns out, is incorrectly marked as superior on the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel booking website. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what a superior room looks like, as admitted by the hotel staff. Why then does the hotel mislead its potential customers by presenting a 4-person room for sale, and selling a 3-person room in reality?

A very good quality hotel with a beautiful view of the Karkonosze Mountains, a large swimming pool and a conference room. A large parking lot and well-equipped, very large rooms, excellent coffee. Fast internet and great service, clean and tasty.
