Enjoyable stay. Nice service, unpretentious hotel. Breakfast was good, but without fireworks. But the value for money is positive.

Campanile – L’hôtel qui vend des chambres… déjà occupées. Samedi 10 mai à 5h du matin, après une magnifique soirée de mariage. Ma sœur, son conjoint et leur fille de 5 ans arrivent dans leur chambre, réservée et confirmée plusieurs semaines au Campanile. Ils ouvrent… et découvrent un couple déjà endormi dans le lit. Non, ce n’est pas une blague. Panique, incompréhension, sentiment d’insécurité total. À la réception ? Personne n’a de solution. L’hôtel est complet, aucune autre chambre !!! Résultat : le papa et la petite fille de 5 ans dorment sur un canapé dans le hall, pendant qu’on tente pendant une heure d’avoir le directeur au téléphone. Quand enfin il décroche, il promet un remboursement. Mais devinez quoi ? Nous sommes mardi, et toujours rien. Silence radio. Aucun mail, aucun appel, aucun geste. La solution a été trouvée : un Ibis juste en face, on prévient Campanile que nous ne réglerons pas l'autre hôtel et on nous dit on se débrouillera avec eux. Vraiment inadmissible laissé nous débrouiller, avec un enfant en bas âge, à 5h du matin, sans lit. Mais le pire c'est que le lundi on les appelle pour avoir leurs coordonnées bancaires pensant être remboursé mais non ils ont débité la chambre d'hôtel ibis !!! Donc 2 chambres d'hôtel payées !!! Bref : un service honteux, une gestion catastrophique, un manque total de professionnalisme. Réservez ailleurs si vous tenez à votre sécurité, votre sommeil et votre dignité. Et au fait, Campanile : où est le remboursement promis ? Monsieur le Directeur quand vous ne savez pas gérer votre clientèle il serait bon d'avoir un geste commercial !!!!! C'est aucune étoile que vous méritez d'avoir laissé une famille dans une telle situation !
