A nice dog friendly hotel. But you have to pay $75 for your dog thought.

The friendliness and service of Isabella and Anastasia at the front desk made the difference! We use Homewood Suites quite a bit. It is a welcome gift to be treated so kindly after a long day. Thank you for your smiles and attention to our needs.

The check-in services provided by Isabella and Anastasia were amazing. I felt very welcomed and that they really cared that we had a good stay. It was definitely a positive first impression. The room itself seems great and the grounds are nicely maintained.

I love Homewood Suites. usually this brand of staff is very nice and welcoming. The brand standard is to make your stay feel like a Home Away From Home. but it was the complete opposite for me. The man Checking me in was completely rude. i don’t know if he was a manager or just a regular front desk agent but it was a very tall and large white man. he made me feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. i didn’t even want to step foot into the front lobby, i never got breakfast, i always went through the back. i wanted to absolutely avoid any interaction with him. Everyone else was so nice.. i loved talking to the housekeepers, i loved the room. boston is amazing and my anniversary trip was great. I hope you guys can train your staff or if it the manager to have better hospitality because the hotel is gorgeous and all it’s lacking is the welcome feeling and kindness… hopefully that man can have a better day.

Stayed here three nights with my family. Very clean rooms. Great location just outside Boston. The downfalls - tried to do laundry and they ran out of soap and suggested we drive to the dollar tree to get some. I have celiac and there were not many options. I asked the staff and they offered a udi’s bagel and blueberry muffin. Not a muffin fan so the bagel wasn’t really enough to start a day in the city. They had bananas and apples but no cut up fruit. My son and partner had the waffles and cereal and they were satisfied. Just wish they had more options like eggs and such. They had a folded over pre made egg item but I wasn’t sure if it was safe.

I am a Hilton diamond member and was a bit shocked by the lack of acknowledgement here. Parking is bad - most spots seem taken by customers of the Chik-fil-a that seemingly shares the parking area. Diamond member parking is very limited considering there are 2 Hilton hotels on this property. Breakfast is atrocious. French toast sticks that are so dry they break apart when you try to pick them up. Omelettes so overcooked they are stuck to the bottom of the pan. Light roast or decaf coffee - why no dark roast? I thought ok I will just grab a breakfast to go from the Hampton inn desk but the bagel was so stale it was like a rock. I informed the front desk and got the reply “oh really” with no promise to even talk to food staff. The room is nice, clean and quiet (on top floor) but the shared elevators (there are 3) seem to sit still on the first floor and only one moves to transport guests. Not ideal when the Hampton inn is crammed full with high school students on some sort of “see Boston” tour. Will look for elsewhere next trip.

I'd rather enjoyed my stay. Every time in the area always stay this hotel. I love the staff. So I'm not easier to talk to than others. Danielle is always a pleasure and very helpful. Khadija is amazing. She makes me feel like I have my own personal chef. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to the next one.
