Everything is excellent. The reception staff took in our request to change our room from twin to double. Based on availability of course. I have also requested a higher floor and they assisted me with the room assignment. The breakfast is great and delicious that it is worth to spend at least an hour there in the morning

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, as it’s directly connected to Pakuwon Mall — very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without even having to step outside. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!
