Relaxing stay at the Whale house. The room is amazing!
Only thing is the trees need to be trimmed to have a better view of the water.

The Whale house was a great get away for a relaxing night ! The room was so clean & stocked with everything you may need. Even a toaster oven for those late night snacks. Hot tub over looking the wilderness and water was lovely. The only draw back for us was no seating outside on the deck to enjoy a drink in the outdoors. The host is very friendly & she got us in quick on a last minute cancelation. If you want a little peace close to the city, this is it !

What a wonderful stay! Amanda greeted us when we arrived and helped get us settled. The space was perfect for our adventures in the area. The hot tub was a delight after days on the trail. And the kitchen allowed for us to make a few meals at “home.” Clean and thoughtfully appointed, with a focus on caring for the surrounding natural environment. Walkable to the beach, trails, and a great restaurant (Fork). Just a perfect stay. Thanks Amanda!

We were completely disappointed with the experience, the pictures are completely misleading and for what we paid it was a huge disappointment. Too many rules and not as advertised. You were limited with the water usage, the view was not what was advertised.

We did not appreciate all the rules and the pictures are completely misleading. I would definitely not recommend this property overly priced for the amenities you get.

We stayed in The Blue Orca suite, it was so beautiful. The weather was magnificent with no wind and beautiful views, every moment felt like a dream. My partner proposed to me during the sunset and the big windows and space of the room allowed for such a perfect evening, ending off in the hot tub under the stars. Could not recommend this place enough, I will certainly be back!

My partner and I had such a relaxing Valentine’s Day weekend. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay, along with the ocean view surrounding the king bed. It was the most relaxed i’ve ever felt. The bathroom was stocked with Attitude soaps, a very sustainable, Canadian brand which made me even happier! It was incredibly peaceful, cozy, and uplifting. We will definitely be back for weekend getaways in the future. Thank you Amanda! You were amazing, too!
