Pleasant stay all the way around. Would definitely return . Location, rooms, grounds, walking distance to town. North dinner and breakfast were great. Travel a great deal.. experienced alot, yes, please give it a try. …came from Washington -Dallas- Frankfurt to visit this area back in September 2023, not 2024

Das Restaurant erfreut immer wieder; inzwischen gibt es viel Auswahl an leckersten Gerichten. Ja! Sogar das z. Teil neue Personal bringt hervorragende Leistung. Nur! Frauen/ könnten etwas mehr lächeln; dann wäre es noch angenehmer hier zu speisen. Tolle Menus und Einzelgerichte zu gerade noch tragbaren Preisen. Inzwischen gibt es auch hausgemachtes Sorbets, sehr geschmacksstark, super gut; auch am Kiosk zu kaufen für alle Wanderer und Radfahrer auf dem Weg.

Wir haben dort den Geburtstag von meinem Mann gefeiert, schönes Hotel, ganz toll gegessen, alles sehr gut organisiert, tolles Team, überragendes Restaurant, schöne Lage zum spazieren und gutes Frühstück, für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und idyllisch an der Lauter. Zimmer und Servie im Hotel sind sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

hard to fault this hotel. 10 mins walk to the town centre along the river. Beautifully lit up at night. We did not eat here at night as it looked a bit expensive for our budget. We did not eat breakfast as we wanted an early start, but it looked delicious. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely.

Cadre idyllique, un véritable havre de paix cet environnement, accueil très sympathique, belle chambre, menu du terroir, excellent et ce dessert Hum..., petit déjeuner très copieux avec de très bons produits. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Küche, im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher gehobene Preislage. Ich habe mehr bezahlt, als im Zimmer selbst als Preis ausgehangen ist.

Diesmal waren wir nur im Restaurant, wie immer einfach nur klasse….tolle Qualität gepaart mit sehr viel Kreativität…vielen Dank und Liebe Grüße an Küche und Team …bis hoffentlich bald …Wissembourg bleibt eine Reise wert , genauso wie die Moulin de la Walk..
