Nous regrettons le manque d'un petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire, pour le prix c'est très décevant donc cette année nous avons réservé ailleurs. Dommage car franchement la chambre était très bien , ainsi que la situation et le petit déjeuner ! Vous devriez investir ce sont des détails mais importants !

Très mauvaise expérience. Entrée par un garage, pas d'accueil. Le lendemain matin le petit déjeuner réservé la veille est à l'hôtel principal à 800m à pied, oubli de nous prévenir de cette situation finalement après 5 appels c'était l'hôtel en face et lorsque nous nous sommes énervés le directeur (je suppose) nous a traités de malhonnêtes et nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas avoir de petit déjeuner et qu'il fallait quitter l'hôtel. Super pour un patron de traiter les clients de malhonnêtes surtout de sa faute. Si je veux un hôtel sans accueil et ou on ne voit personne je prends un Airbnb avec une boite à clés

Na het lezen van de zeer uiteenlopende commentaren over dit hotel, vreesde ik een beetje voor de kamers. Onterechte vrees: zeer ruime kamer, terras met tafeltje, stoelen en zelfs 2 ligbedden. In de verte zie je de zee. Prima bed. Als ik de commentaren lees, vermoed ik dat de kamers nogal verschillen. De kamers met tuintje en terras zijn zeer ruim. Ons groepje had samen 3 kamers (101, 102, 103). 102 en 103 hebben ook een zitbank. 101 heeft douche aangepast aan mindervaliden. Bij 102 en 103 is de douche in het bad. in 101 zijn er koffie-en theefaciliteiten. In 101 geen hangkast, enkel ladekast. er zijn ook verbeterpunten: voor die prijs zou elke kamer over koffie- en theefaciliteiten mogen beschikken, er zou een ook een koelkastje mogen zijn (hebben wij in deze periode van het jaar niet gemist). Elke kamer zou over een kast of kledingrek moeten beschikken waar je kledij kan ophangen. Badkamer in 102 en 103 is ook niet 100 % in orde: douchescherm houdt het water niet voldoende tegen waardoor de vloer nat wordt bij het douchen. in kamer 103 was doucheknop stuk zodat water er bovenaan uitspoot. (dit moeten we nog melden) op mijn kamer werkte de radiator niet bij aankomst. Ik kreeg onmiddellijk antwoord op opgegeven gsm-nr. Ik kon kiezen voor andere kamer of een bijzetradiator. Ik koos voor het t****e. Na 5 minuten kreeg ik een radiator en was het probleem opgelost. Ontbijtbuffet voor 10 euro: goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Niet zoveel plaats om je ongehinderd te bedienen, maar er was niet veel volk dus daar hadden we geen last van. Ik kan me inbeelden dat het aanschuiven is bij meer volk.

Mérite un 3.5 mais impossible. Je mets 4 pour relever car certains avis sont vraiment sévères. Point de chute suffisant entre 2 randonnées . Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, n'y allez pas si vous cherchez un all in! Mais ce n'est pas ce qu'on demande à cet hôtel, "juste pour y dormir "! Pas très récent mais propre, literie confortable, 2 oreillers par personne, jolis tableaux reflétant les paysages environnants. Pas d'article de toilette mais savon et gel douche dans distributeurs automatiques dans la salle de bain. Jolie vue sur la mer au loin et le cap gris nez et son phare. Parking sommaire dans l'herbe (Bon courage pour en sortir avec les automobilistes pressés qui entrent dans Wissant) Chiens acceptés, mais 15e la nuit, c'est un peu cher... à ce prix là une petite attention pour eux dans la chambre serait appréciable) Petit dej un peu light, manque des fruits et des yaourts. Mais jus d'orange pressées et monsieur très gentil et à l'écoute. Télé dans la chambre mais peu de chaînes (en cause la proximité à vol d'oiseau avec l'Angleterre). Pas de réception mais quelqu'un vous répond immédiatement si vous appelez.

Bien loin de la mer qu'on voit au loin, pas de personnel pour l'accueil et des abords pas très agréables. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
