Awful waste of money! the only thing great was the view. The outdoor pool was across the street. It was worse than a cheap motels pool. The furnishings were old, and damaged. House keeping is a joke. No phones in your room for emergencies or to call the front desk. The WiFi has NO password so anyone can use it (when it works) Service was very spotty. One elevator in this place and it had a mind of its own. it took me 8 mins. in the elevator to travel 3 floors because it would randomly go up and down on its own. They have all these waivers you must sign before they check you in. When I think Resort I think luxury if this is what you want this is not the place for you. we spent well over $375 per night and was unable to get a refund. We endured 3 nights of not wanting to go back to our room. Take a good look at the web site they brag about dining and all these pools etc. what they don't tell you is you have to drive to other hotels to enjoy the amenities. We will never go back. All I can say is buyer be ware!!

It was a decent hotel. It was very loud though. One night at 4:00 am there was a loud disturbance with a guest and the police. It woke me up. Other than that it was an ok visit. The windows were very dirty and the price was a little steep for what you got.

Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.

Enjoyed the balcony with a river view. Sauna is wonderful. Only downside was having to get help several times with getting keys that would work.
