Organised a weekend group trip for 18 ladies, eating in the restaurant both nights. Food - Perfect Rooms - Perfect Spa - Perfect Staff - Excellent! Especially Carl & Joe However - *Management* - you have let your team down. Experience was spoilt by management choosing to give backword on a refund. So if you are organising a group trip or large booking be warned. Our group had a spare room which they would not let us cancel - but it was unavailable to us when we needed it as it had been resold! After discussion at the hotel they agreed to refund us. A couple of days later when giving bank details for the refund they gave backword citing terms and conditions. As the organiser... expecting good conduct from a hotel of this size - I refunded the individual so I will now have to personally stand this. Such a shame that the hotel could not honour there agreement. The total bill for the weekend was £5345.20 (not including the drinks on the bar) and they chose to make a bitter pill over £150.00

Stayed overnight for my 30th birthday celebrations with a member of family. Was a gorgeous evening, food (dinner and breakfast were just spot on) all staff members we encountered were so friendly, informative and kind. Could not do enough for you. Made you feel at ease and really welcomed! We took advantage of the spa after check in (3pm) and before check out (11am) just really beautiful. And the surrounding grounds have a peaceful atmosphere. Big thanks to Stacey and Lou at the spa for making our trip so special and thanks for being so kind. We cannot wait to return for another trip. Need to stay 2 nights next time for definite 🩷

Great hospitality, lovely food, great atmosphere in main bar area, good quality gym and recreational facilities (pool, sauna, hot tub) , room was cozy and clean, tv in bathroom this was amazing to watch morning tv while having my morning shower would definitely stay again and will be staying again !

This is a really lovely hotel and spa in the Wirral area. All the staff were friendly, efficient, informative and welcoming. Breakfast was varied from continental to cooked English and the two Greek guys serving added a different dimension with their warmth and charm. Our bedroom was very comfortable on the ground floor, as requested and the spa was an absolute delight, meeting all our expectations. Sorry to say we were not over impressed with the type of food served. The tandoori was very bland. Unfortunately, it did not have the taste of genuine tandoori, the rice was also a bit hard on top. The steaks on our first evening were mediocre. Definitely not gourmet. Also the service was very slow averaging 1/2 + between courses. It seems that the kitchen is in need of a little shake up, hence the delays. Additionally, perhaps the chef could be a little more adventurous. All in all we would definitely recommend this establishment and hope to visit again some time in the future. Thankyou to all for making our visit such a memorable one.

A fabulous stay with my 2 sisters. It was their first visit and they were very impressed with everything, staff, beautiful hotel, Spa, treatments, restaurants etc, couldn't fault it. Thank you for such a wonderful overnight stay.

I attended a friend's wedding at the hotel and had booked to stay over. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is beautiful. I can see why it is a favourite with couples for a wedding venue.
