Es un hotel cómodo en las afueras de la ciudad situado cerca del supermercado, restaurante y gasolinera un poco alejado de la ciudad por eso. El hotel es muy correcto y tiene un buen nivel de limpieza, no vimos microondas se que en otros b&b si los hay estaría bien que tuvieran uno y si lo tienen pues que sea más visible 😁

Ubicación perfecta ,limpieza e higiene horrible .Camas mal
Hechas ,no limpiaron el Baño ningún día y para como el último día ni tan siquiera hicieron las camas ni no nos pusieron toallas limpias ,tuvimos que ir a recepción a pedir toallas secas ,para salir del paso pasable por el precio que tiene

Tout d'abord, l'hôtel je n'ai pas eu la possibilité de le voir car l'opérateur de trip.com qui m'a guidé(avec un fort accent africain), m'a dit une fois que j'ai payé, que la réservation n'a pas fonctionné et donc que je ne serai pas débité. maladresse ou arnaque, le fait est que j'ai bien été débité et que je n'ai pas pu profité de la chambre que j'ai payé (129€). Du coup, j'ai du réservé sur *********** un autre hôtel(138€) malheureusement plus loin car plus de place, et quand j'ai appelé trip.com, on me dit que c'est pas de leur faute, puis quand j'ai appelé l'hôtel on me dit que la réservation à bien été enregistrée. personne ne fait d'effort pour me rembourser ou au moins me faire un geste commercial sur un prochain séjour. je trouve que le système ressemble à une belle arnaque et j'ai perdu 129€. si aucun geste n'est fait je ferai part aux 120000 membres de l'association existante sur paris/lyon/marseille/annecy dont je suis le trésorier , de l'arnaque dont j ai été victime et je ferai en sorte que tous les mois tous les membres soient informé par mail.

Staff were friendly on arrival, not many car parking spaces. The layout & atmosphere of the B&B is clear & clean. The room we stayed in was okay, a nice size, just big enough - the aircon was set to a default temperature we couldn't lower however, so the room felt a bit too hot for sleeping comfortably at night. Bed was comfy, as were the pillows and mattress. The en-suite was okay too but it looked like it had a bit of an issue with damp, this isn't as much of a surprise however when we noticed how badly the shower leaked even with the door closed. It was like the bottom seal was missing? Breakfast was nice but kinda minimal. Choice of a couple of cereals but the tiniest bowls I've ever seen. There was a little bit of scrambled eggs & bacon too. The baguettes & pastries were lovely though! The lady clearing the dining room in the mornings was also polite, which was nice first thing in the morning. The town of Colmar is just a short drive down the road too which is nice to pop out to. All in all, I guess it's what you pay for. Nice for a pitstop.

Clean, simple place to stay over night. A bit older and not quite as nice as other B&Bs we have stayed in but nothing to complain about. Staff on checking was very competent.
