Was not able to book over the phone, or even by walking in the hotel in person. The first morning, we were locked out of our room for the ENTIRE day because the lock on the door broke. Waited for an hour while he tried to fix it, and then he said he would have to call someone. All the manager did was say he apologized and offered me a drink. I was stuck wearing my running clothes the entire day.

The room was very clean and large. The Hotel is beautiful with all old wood. The staff has excellent customer service and makes you feel like family. The restaurant on the main floor is a definite bonus. Their food is phenomenol!! I stayed here before and after my cruise. This will definitely be a go to hotel any time I come to the Boston area! I cannot say enough good about it!

I am so glad that I booked this hotel! It was excellent! Close to the ocean and beautiful!! After spending the afternoon downtown Boston, it was so nice to have a restaurant downstairs! The food was superb!!! The room was clean and big! I am so glad that I booked this hotel again for my return from our cruise. Would definitely stay here anytime I come back to Boston!!!

I thought it was a really nice room and location was great. It was close to the ocean and the airport. I would stay again. The food at the restaurant was good as well. A warning on some things though. The night i was there, you could hear music until 10:30 PM and talking for a while afterwards. If you need complete quiet and go to bed early you might not like it.

Sweet little Town of Winthrop My stay was lovely - A few things in the room were broken, but the view was great. The people were very nice, kind, and helpful. The restaurant was great. The location is perfect for a stay in Boston without the Boston crowdedness.

I stayed there one night to catch an early flight from Logan airport. Place is extremely convenient if you are looking to dine and have a beauriful room to sleep at the same place. It is15 min away from Logan Airport (hotel is located east of Boston, hence less traffic and practical if you want to access airport really early in the morning). Also hotel is located in a cozy area facing the ocean. So you can see water and planes reaching Logan which is pretty cool. As said, bar/reastaurant is at the ground floor- i liked it a lot, looking forward staying there again.
