Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk and said that there was no parking fee, but I was deducted a parking fee of 20 dollars. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, and it was impossible to sleep because of the high speed. The facilities were also very old. I didn't sleep all night. I don't recommend it! I won't be going back either!

I don’t often give reviews, but Fabiana was fabulous! Accommodated my needs and was super friendly at the front desk! Would definitely stay again. Clean rooms and a good location close to I4!

This has been my best experience at a Sheraton hotel. The staff have been amazing with accommodations and making sure that my needs are fulfilled and that I am comfortable. Fabina was fantastic to deal with, definitely a a great employee. The lounge was well stocked with great options as well as the breakfast downstairs as well.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are a little out dated but very nice. The highlight of the trip was Fabiana. She was amazing at helping my group with any requests we needed. Fabiana made sure to help with any questions I had regarding my titanium status and made me feel welcomed at the hotel.

The property was very clean and the front desk very accommodating for our needs. Fabiana particularly helped us settle our parking as well as a few missing things in our room in no time!
