We stayed here for two nights while exploring Winston-Salem. Upon checking in we were greeted by Nicholas D. who couldn’t have been more welcoming. Check in was quick and my room requests were honored. Valet parking is efficient, friendly and provided piece of mind knowing that our vehicle was safe and secure. Our room in this relatively new hotel was lovely - spacious and bright with a modern bathroom. Location is perfect! Tons of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping are mere steps from the hotel. A brand new children’s museum is adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold options which were replenished often. The lobby area offered several cozy spaces to relax with a cup of complementary tea or coffee.

On July 4th, I stayed at your hotel and was initially quoted $22 for valet parking. To my surprise, I was later charged $34.04. I've attempted to resolve this $12.04 discrepancy over eight times since July 6th. Despite "Ariel's" assurance on July 8th that a manager would rectify the charge, the issue persists. Today, Ariel informed me to write an email to someone else, as she can no longer assist. This situation, particularly the deviation from the quoted price, is very upsetting, especially since my prior experiences with your hotel have always been excellent.

Will at the front desk and Willy with valet was incredibly professional, courteous, and welcoming during my stay. They provided excellent service and made the arrival and departure process smooth and stress-free. Both have friendly attitudes and their attention to details really stood out. Great experience overall. I will always choose this hotel when visiting Winston-Salem!

The room was nice and comfortable! I really enjoyed the bar and socializing with Angel as she fixed the best mixed drinks ever!! As far as front desk Friday and Saturday evening (Calvin) was very rude to our family while we were in the pool area after the pool had been cleared! And the morning I went to check out the front desk (Nicholas) was not friendly as I stated I needed to pay on my valet and he refunded the room that was already paid for and expected me to pay again! In which I didn’t have the full amount and a family member had to help which was embarrassing!

My friend and I stayed the weekend of July 4th and we had a blast. The hotel itself was great and was located in a perfect spot in downtown, so we walked almost everywhere. The lobby and entrance area looks great. The room was very nice and everything was well kept. The pillows were very soft and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The valet staff were also friendly and took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable. They made sure to turn the AC on in our car when they retrieved it for us because it was really hot this weekend. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and will definitely come back again in the future!

Arrived late evening on the first night to find that the bed mattress would sink into the platform underneath. Went downstairs to report the issue and they were going to move us but they were sold out. Gerald and Nicholas worked hard to find a resolution so that we could sleep on it and fix it in the morning. Nicholas was all over it the next morning and made it very apparent that his top priority was keeping us happy. As the child of a former Hilton executive of 25 years, I have stayed at many large properties and this smaller property did a better job of customer service than a lot of upscale Hilton properties. Would recommend staying here as long as those two are around!
