When I got there I was not able to check in so I was very disappointed

It’s good so far but the people up stairs couldn’t sleep at all 11/11/2021 hope tonight better ughh

Awful and dirty. Even when I canceled I still had to pay for night. 2.5 rating is out 100. After checking in I went to the room only find the floors were sticky and the door looks the room has been broken into several times. Very unsafe, next room had a full of guys who were smoking pot.

If I could leave less than one star I would!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible!! First room we were given was full of roaches, cigarette butts, ashes, etc. Did not look like it had been cleaned at all! The walls were moving. There were roaches in the fridge and freezer, in the drawers, and there was trash in the floors underneath the beds. The doors did not lock. The second room we were put in was not much better. With enough force you can EASILY push the door in. The entire motel is supposed to be non smoking but you can see where several people have smoked in the rooms! The walls, curtains, and bed clothes were smoke stained. There is what looks like a moldy, rotten potato from 1932 in the bottom of one of the cabinets that has sprouted mushrooms and mold. The room was non refundable. I did not pay $200 (including a $50 deposit) to sleep with roaches and have my asthma act up. If you are considering coming to Winston Salem stay the F*€k away from here. I would not put my worst enemy in this place for a night!

My room was DIRTY with a capital D. But... The bed was comfortable,clean and the pillows were great. But no blankets. The AC/HEAT was quiet and worked very well. With that said, there was snot in the walls in the bathroom, mold in the ceiling in the shower, a hole kicked in the wall by the AC, dust was everywhere, the drawers in the 2 dressers would not stay closed. Everything everywhere in the property needed to be cleaned and painted. When I left there were several well behaved kids playing hide and seek. They asked me if I was living there now. The price was great and I felt safe...but I've camped a lot.

We came for a one night stay for the Paul McCartney (May 21) with reservations made well in advance. There was a long line outside the office and it became clear there were problems right away. They'd overbooked by 75 rooms. People were scrambling to get Airbnbs (impossible due to concert weekend) and other accommodations. Although our reservation was "honored" we were told that the room hadn't been cleaned and they hoped people weren't still in the room. I used the card to open the door and a woman (in the dark in bed) screamed out "NO!" We left immediately and decided to drive back to our home town after the concert rather than battle it out in the office where angry customers carried on justifiably!

The noisest place ever. People partying all night to early dawn. Gun shots going off in the parking lot several times people walking around knocking on your door wanting change or a cigarette.. Unbelievable!! and when I asked for my money back 5 employees wanted to fight !!
