There was a LOT wrong with our room. First... no phone to call to the front desk if needed, second, only one towel and no washcloths for 2 people in a "king" room, trash from previous guests, nastiness behind doors and on walls, burn holes in the comforters, and small flies everywhere... NOT happy... as someone who has worked in this industry for 20 years, this is disgusting

The tub was nasty and dirty haven’t been cleaned. Had to go and purchase bath rags because they said they don’t have any I had to go to front desk get sheets for bed because the did not change the bed sheets and pillow case worse stay ever

Never cleaned the room, the shower head was spraying the whole bathroom and fought us on how many towels we needed. Door didn’t close unless we slammed it. Very hard to open when unlocked. Left an almost empty toilet paper roll on the holder. Gave us one towel, one “small” hand towel, and that’s it when we checked in.

Smelly room, hallways, and elevator. Trash pile in the hallway for days. Dingy, stained pillowcases. Broken smoke detector and emergency sprinkler. Dirty, stained carpets. Just an overall dirty, rundown place. I have pictures if needed. Nice staff, but the place is not well managed.

It was noisy and you could see through the door jambs out into the hallway kind of didn't feel safe slept about 3 hours and left didn't enjoy the stay it wasn't comfortable the room wasn't that great the service wasn't that great the motel needed a lot of cleanup and pick up and the staff looked high

Bed bugs
I wasn’t sure about staying here because there was plastic on the beds , this usually is a sign of something not so good. On the last day of my stay I noticed bites on me and my son . The hotel has issues. I spoke to the attendant and she said that they had pest control and that there wasn’t any issues. Wrong there are most definitely issues.She offered nothing.

It was a pleasant stay and Christy working the front desk was very nice and had a welcoming attitude with a smiling face.
No one gets paid extra as a hotel receptionist to be extra. She made the stay in my opinion.
