A budget hotel with no special highlights. Overall it's okay. The mattress in the double room is moderately soft and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning tastes good.

Hotel is in a great location, close to major roads. Literally next to a large mall with fast food and sit down dining places all around it. Perfect location for striking out and exploring Winston-Salem. Hotel is clean and well-kept with friendly staff. I was shocked to find they provided daily room service without having to be asked, Our room was very clean. A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee machine (K Cup), TV, and internet all worked great. Shower had plenty of hot water in the morning and at night. Water pressure was strong, loved it. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Only negative was the ice machines. They only had 2 for a five story hotel and one was out of order.

The bathroom was not clean - Urine at the bottom of the toilet. There was an open shampoo and soap packet already opened which reflects that it was not cleaned so we were moved to another room. We will not be staying at this location in the future.

The worst hotel! Dirty, AC broken and barking dogs allowed in the hotel. Didn't sleep for two nights and the management did not do anything to help. We called the front desk repeatedly to report the noise and it was never resolved although they stated it was. In addition, the hotel is very run down.

We have become new members with BW as we loved our three previous stays at BW Plus. That all came to a grinding halt with this hotel. Simply put this place is lipstick on a pig. It is old, shower heads are low, no curved shower rods so you wear the shower curtain, mold on the bathroom ceiling, chirping fire alarms, dripping faucets and a poorly stocked and maintained breakfast bar. When we called and asked for engineering to fix the issues we were told they do not have an engineering department and would have to close down the hotel water to fix the issue. In my opinion this is a low budget property and does not meet BW standards certainly not BW plus. Very disappointed and questioning brand selection. I say though or other stays at BW Plus have been great.
