This hotel was very convenient to the mall and other points of interest. The room was clean and the staff was very professional.

The property was clean and easy to find. The room was exceptionally clean and well prepared for our arrival. The continental breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked, much love and care was put in it's preparation. The best part of our stay most notably was the staff, Lisa warmly greeted us after our 6 hour trip and saw to our every need, Akeba helped me with a booking error days before our arrival and checked on us during our stay, Candice's kind words put a smile on my face, and all breakfast staff to housekeeping were very thoughtful and kind, something greatly appreciated by my husband and myself. Lord willing, we will definitely be back. Thank you.

I have relied on reputations of any site of Hampton Inns. But this building is showing signs of being worn down. My room is certainly in need of renovations. The rug has two quite large stains in front of the window. At the edge of the carpet there are loose strings showing the rug is worn out and frayed. The desk chair has an upholstered chair with wheels. The chair is dirty& stained and had to use a towel to cover the seat. The handicapped flexible shower head is broken; I couldn't get any water to flow through that head and had to resort to the attached shower head. The room was clean- as much as possible. But during my stay I found my room not up to the usual standards I had anticipated. The hotel is located beside a 4 lane street with stop lights in front of the hotel. Traffic was heavy with 18 wheeler haulers which came through all 24 hours. It was a noisy stay. If you want a restful night- stay elsewhere.
