I recently stayed at this hotel and had a negative experience with items going missing from my room. I discovered that my AirPods were missing from my backpack upon returning home. My family spent a week in the hotel and my back pack that the AirPods were in was in the closet the whole time. I never once used my Airpods during my stay. Upon noticing that they were missing and tracking the location, it was determined that they were last out of their case at a green space on Kenaston Boulevard near a bus stop. A place I was never at. I called the hotel to make them aware of the situation and the hotel management did very little to address the issue. Apparently they followed up with the employee who cleaned the room who of course denied any wrong doing. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to apologize. While the facility itself was otherwise satisfactory and the front desk staff were responsive, the breach of trust significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope that the hotel takes serious steps to prevent such incidents in the future and ensures the integrity of their staff.

The hotel is in a good location close to many amenities and shops and restaurants. Very clean and good cleaning staff. So why not a 5 star rating?? The hotel refused to enforce the Disabled Parking spaces. We were there for 5 nights and whenever I looked, there was only 2 other times that 1 of the 4 designated spaces were used by a vehicle displaying the blue tag. Otherwise it was the same cars and trucks parking without the blue tag. Front desk staff just smiled and said “That’s what happens”. There was no reply to an email asking for staff to enforce. 3 of the 5 nights we could not use the disabled spaces.

I visited Winnipeg with a friend for the weekend, and we decided to stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a good decision. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas. The hotel is pretty clean, and our room had everything we needed. We opted not to get service, but the housekeeper provided us with clean towels. The customer service was amazing; Ximena and Maryna at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, providing us with good recommendations of places to visit and eat. Thank you for the great stay!
