I am very disappointed in the doing business with La Quinta. I am traveling with my granddaughter who became very ill with a virus and had to cancel my reservation. I was notified by trip.com to provide medical proof. I provided the doctor's note and received another email requesting additional medical notes, etc. My daughter the mother of my grandchild states she is not providing them with all her personal information and medical notes should be sufficient. I do not have any control of my granddaughter getting a virus which caused her to have diarrhea/vomiting/and headaches.
I find it very unfair La Quinta is unwilling to give me a refund.
this is Definity bad customer service.
I will never make any further reservations with La Quinta/My trip .com.

This was a convenient location to the airport and to families homes. Also easy access to highways. The breakfast was sufficient. Staff were friendly and polite. We like this hotel because it has a large breakfast area that you can use during the day to visit with friends.

Average hotel. Needs updating and breakfast was a waste of time. Went elsewhere to eat. Beds are very firm. There are better hotel options close by.

Had an issue with the date on the reservation and the lady at check in said there was nothing she could, would do about it. Had to pay for the room again. Wrote to the company to see if I can at least get a credit for another day and they haven't responded.

Exceptional customer service by front desk. Gentleman was professional, courteous, efficient, and informative. Housekeeping was top notch as room was exquisite, impeccably clean,and fresh smelling with ALL amenities! Best experience in CT while traveling for business!

Misleading reservation description that described a "double room" but no clarifying language. It is not two beds. It was a room with a double bed. When I complained they informed me that there was nothing they can do about it with this "this-happens-all-the-time" smile and attitude. They tried to solve it, but it was very inconvenient and I had to pay more for a solution.
