Hotel.is nothing like advertised. Hotel never reached back when called and left message about poor service and

 This motel has definitely seen better days. Room was very small and overall old. I won’t stay again.

It’s cheap, the location is convenient to the airport, and our room & bathroom were relatively clean. The facility itself is poorly maintained and dirty overall. There are wood trim inside & out, and furniture, that all need refinishing and/or repair. The whole place needs a major painting and patching job. The carpets all need to be shampooed; the one at the top of the staircase nearest the office looks like an army marched through an auto wrecking yard directly onto that carpet… it’s filthy! The table/desk in our room had a broken shelf hanging off it, the heating cover is hanging off, and the air conditioner vents are broken. When we checked in, the desk clerk excused herself and was gone for ten minutes; when we asked what was going on, she said she wanted to check the room and make sure the a/c and tv were working. ??? The bed was lumpy (supposed to be a Queen but I think it was smaller) and the whole place smelled bad. No elevator to the second floor. No basic amenities (tissues in the room, coffee maker, etc.). This is a run down “last resort” for people who can’t get (or afford) a nicer room in a nicer hotel and are desperate!

Extremely outdated. Carpets were filthy, baseboards were, nicked up and in desperate need for painting, The entire place needed to be updated. Bathroom fan was loud and disruptive. Rooms were as clean as they could be considering the property condition. The back door was constantly being propped open for people to enter. I did not feel safe. One night I saw 6 additional people enter a guest room to stay. It was apparent that no one was monitoring the entry/exit doors. The staff however was very pleasant and helpful.

It sounded like someone was hitting the floor with a broom handle from the room above us on our last night at the hotel. Husband called front desk, but the noise perpetuated, even into the morning. We could not sleep (even with a sound machine) and it was most unpleasant! Otherwise, our stay would have been good.

Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel is no frills. But what I expected.
