The facilities are very old. Check-in is self-service, but it's not very smooth, so I wasted a lot of time checking in again. Finally, I met a cleaning staff who helped me contact the staff for help.

The room size, facilities and comfort are very good, and the transportation is convenient. There is a McDonald's nearby and a Chinese restaurant 800 meters away. The price of the room is not high.

The staff here are absolutely amazing this place is very clean and the people take a lot of Pride in making sure they look after their customers I would recommend staying here to anybody who is looking for a modern quiet clean and safe environment with plenty of Room close to the city and everything else you need I've stayed here many times and if I ever need to stay somewhere in the city this is the first place I go so thank you you guys are great your hotels great your service is great and everything about the way you conduct yourselves as people is great

We booked the Windsor for a busy period in Brisbane when most other hotels were full. Whilst PIN codes are needed for lift and room access the parking garage and main building entrance is unsecured. The Windsor is located on a busy traffic intersection. When the doors and windows are open for ventilation it is very noisy. The traffic noise continued late into the evening. The internal walls are quite thin so we could clearly hear our neighbour's TV in the early morning from our bedroom and this disturbed our sleep. Crockery provided was dirty and cracked. There was a grimy tea towel and little sponge provided under the sink (I have photos of these), which was not useable. A smart TV is provided and the bathroom/laundry is spacious. Service station and McDonalds is around the corner.

If you are into personal touches for a stay, then you may be surprised as this is a human-less property. Whilst the room was clean and comfortable, you won't get the usual human vibe from an accomodation of this sort. The check in process was seamless and easy to navigate though with passcodes emailed to you as soon as you check in. Don't forget to check out using the same automated system.

The Windsor Apartments stand on a busy 6 lane highway, with significant traffic both day and night. There is no reception. You receive a code to enter the lobby and a separate one for the door to your room. You pay via a tablet, and you pay a cleaning deposit aswell.If the room is returned clean, they will reimburse you this $100. The rooms are serviced and clean. There is a television and wifi available. But there is a bleak atmosphere to the room, very bare overall, and perhaps best suited to people looking for accommodation to support loved ones at the nearby hospital. It was very overpriced for what it offered, notwithstanding I stayed the week of the first State of Origin Rugby Match at nearby Lang Park.

I found the accommodation easily, check in at 11pm using their digital system super fast and easy to understand. Bed very comfortable and clean, modern bathroom and great sleep. I will book again when flight overseas is early. Thank you 🙏
