Everything was fine the room was not cleaned all the way but was tidy the breakfast was ok need to change out your waffle makers!

We stayed here in room 325 on 9/29/25. It is our third stay at this hotel Our check in by Yasmeen was great, she was very helpful and able to get us a room before 3 pm.. The property is easy to find (about 3 mi. from the airport) , but it can be a little tricky getting into the parking lot coming from the airport. The grounds and lobby are very nice. There is plenty of free parking and there is an airport shuttle (which if you need it, you should sign up for when you check in). The room was medium sized, clean quiet and the beds were comfortable. The room had beds, a desk, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and arm chair. The internet was fine for web surfing and checking email. The bathroom was decent sized, had plenty of counterspace and decent water pressure. We check out was fine, we left before breakfast and were offered a to go bag. This is a great hotel to stay at when flying out of Bradley. We would stay here again.

The room was nice and also quiet. Parking was included which we really liked. We wanted a full bathtub and got that. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast immensely. Negatives: The after hours hotel food options were limited; while coffee was always available, real half-and-half was only available during breakfast; the design of the room's bathroom door was pretty strange and didn't offer privacy.
