We had two nights at the Hotel for our wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The first night we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious and good value. Breakfasts were also great. Many thanks to all the friendly staff that made our stay special. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.

Chose the Royal Adelaide as it ticked all the boxes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable for what we chose. We went for the comfy double. Not the largest room but it had all we needed for our 2 night stay in Windsor. Such good value with the breakfast included and a welcome drink. We pre-booked an EV parking space for £20 a night which included the charge so an added bonus. Spaces were of adequate size. The location of the hotel was spot on. Walking distance from the town and only round the corner from the long walk. The hotel was having some renovations but this didn’t cause any disruption to our stay. I recommend this hotel if ever you choose to visit Windsor.

Although decor could be described as a little eclectic this should not detract from the excellent service delivered. Team members went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer care and the food was excellent too. Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome drink was a lovely touch…..very welcome!

My partner booked this hotel for my birthday, Emily on reception was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Sarah in the bar was friendly and gave me a mini bottle of Proseco when she heard it was birthday. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The air conditioning was very welcomed. The walk in shower and a full bath is unusual in hotels so was a nice touch. The breakfast was very nice and generous portions, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and pastries also on offer. Limited parking so best to book it in advance. Location is very local to the castle and town centre. If I had to make one criticism it was that a pint of diet coke in the hotel bar cost £7! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay, will definitely be back!.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and situated 100m from “the long walk”. Windsor is a short walk away. The hotel is made special by its staff. Sara, Sarah, Mandy and Finlay made our stay special. None of of our dietary needs caused them any issues and the service was warm and genuine. We will be back.
