We had two nights at the Hotel for our wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The first night we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious and good value. Breakfasts were also great. Many thanks to all the friendly staff that made our stay special. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.

We stayed here for a weekend at Ascot and we were very pleased with the hotel! Clean and spacious rooms (with lovely air con) and little touches like premium soap and shower wash, and coffee bags. The welcome drink was an unexpected treat, and a good selection for breakfast. Ideally located for the Long Walk and the right side of Windsor for a short taxi ride to Ascot races. Would recommend!

Pros. Great location, easy stroll into Windsor. Some lovely bars and restaurants. Lovely helpful staff. Welcome drink was a great touch. Spotlessly clean. Glorious waterfall shower. Parking. Cons. We had a suite. Great size (Room 2), but it was so close to the reception lobby that you could hear everything. There was also a big gap under the door, so it was not so good soundproofing. Also it overlooked the car park and the lights were very bright. The shutters were pretty but didn't block out the light. It was a shame as it was supposedly the best room in the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is only 10 mins walk to the Castle. The staff are all very welcoming & friendly. We were given a voucher for a welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch. Our room was comfortable with bottled water, tea, coffee & biscuits provided. Breakfast was really good & we also eat Dinner in the Restaurant which was also delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
