Such helpful staff in a great location with parking . We had only booked a small double which was tiny but we knew that and only needed somewhere to sleep . Breakfast was delicious with lots of tea/coffee in the room . Overall a great weekend stay and we would certainly return

Couldn't praise the hotel & it's staff enough. Staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable having plenty of room for storage. The bar was chic and not over priced & the food (both breakfast & evening meal) were delicious. If we re-visit Windsor we'll definitely be saying here! Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are kind and helpful, the food is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. My friends and I had a lovely time here. Breakfast was particularly excellent with the food cooked to order and therefore very hot and very fresh. It is a short walk to the castle and Windsor has some lovely shops and good places to eat. Just across the road is the Long Walk and excellent views of the castle. It is also very easy to travel into London from here.

We stayed here for the one night. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good coffee making facilities in the room and nice to have a bath after walking all day.

We had a one day trip to Windsor before dropping family at Heathrow for their flight home to the US. The hotel has its own car park which worked well for us and allowed us to park the car before the 10 minute walk into the town. Check in was smooth and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were stylishly decorated and the beds super comfy. Breakfast was lovely and served from 7.00 am which worked well for us. When leaving I left my kindle in the room. The staff called to let me know that they had it and were kind enough to post it on to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Windsor.

Upon arrival we were welcomed very warmly at reception. The hotel is great, everything you need for a trip to Windsor. Very close to the Long Walk. We were surprised to be able to see, above the trees and rooftops, a view of Windsor Castle from our room! That was unexpected as the Hotel is around a 10 minute walk away from the Castle.

Just came back home having spent two nights here. Upon arrival, check in was easy and luckily were able to check in earlier and the receptionist was friendly. We booked parking which again was nice and easy. We stayed in a "Premier Double" and i was under wowed by the room. The room was on the small side. Typical magnolia paint covered three walls with a feature wall of black paper with white birds on, on the fourth wall. The walls themselves are in need of a refresh as is the woodwork as had lots of marks and scuffs and generally looked dated. The wall where the tea/coffee facilities had splash marks and drip stains on. We were overlooking the car park side. The lower half of the window really does need some privacy screenining. As the bed is so close to the wall and you have to walk pass the window to get to the bathroom, you really need to make sure you are covered up. Showering in the morning meant that the curtains had to be drawn so we could walk from the bathroom back into the bedroom. Some simple privacy screening on the lower half of the window is a must. Although the room had everything you needed in terms of furniture, this was all misplaced and nothing really matched. The bathroom however was really nice and had a completely different feel from the bedroom. Its such a shame that the quality of fixture and fittings of the bathroom, did not extend to the bedroom. Loved the White Company products, though there was no conditioner in the shower which was a shame. The shower its self was good. You have a water fall shower plus a hand shower should you need it. But, oh dear! Our shower was not draining so we limited our shower time as it was almost over flowing into the bathroom. Initially i though it maybe a plumbing issue as these old buildings sometimes have, until i lifted the plug covering the shower trap. It was disgusting. It was full of hair, silt and goodness knows what else. I reported this to the receptionist who was apologetic as it should be cleaned out after every guest. Breakfast. Food was good. Hubby had a full english which was nice. Service... On our first day we found the service below expected. No morning welcome when you walked in. The help yourself breakfast offering was not great. You had the usual corn flakes, branflakes and granola- though i think thats what they were as nothing was labled and i ssume Natural yoghurt. Fruit juice was available but unfortunately there wasnt any pastries as they had run out at 8:45am. The Breakfast room was very quiet as there werent many guests in there at this time so some light music would have been nice to add to the ambiance and make it alittle more welcoming. The "singing" waitier was not a welcome i personally appreciated. He could be heard singing on the top of his lungs in the breakfast room whilst in the kitchen and would sing whilst walking around the room I did not think this was particulary proffessional especially in front of guests. We wouldnt have minded so much if he
