What a lovely experience! The rooms were large and very clean with nice balconies and seating areas. Good wifi, good water pressure, good breakfast, good service and very comfy beds. Not to mention the excellent restaurant and bar downstairs. I seriously recommend the owambo chicken - delicious.

We spent a total of seven days at the Roof of Africa Lodge during our Namibia tour to recharge and relax in between our rides. F qIt truly felt like coming home. The management was excellent, ensuring everything ran smoothly and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. The rooms were cozy and well air-conditioned, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As a family, we especially loved the pool. Over the holidays, on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, we dined at the restaurant and were absolutely delighted with the buffet and drinks – especially the house-brewed beer. Thanks to the great management and the wonderful team, our stay at the Roof of Africa and its restaurant will certainly not be our last!

Das Beste Restaurant in Windhoek Die Küche macht die besten Game Steak und der freundliche Service macht den Abend zum Genuss Eine eigene Brauerei im Haus mit fantastic Bier vom Hahn Das Hotel und der Außen Bereich mit Pool ist perfekt um sich zurück zu ziehen

Die leckere Küche, alles im Haus frisch hergestellt! Eigene Metzgerei im Keller Von den Wiener Würstchen bis zum Aufschnitt der Bratwurst oder die Wild Steaks Zu Empfehlen auch die verschiedenen Biere die in der eigenen Brauerei gebraut werden! Nettes Management und freundliche Bedienung

For: Great inhouse Beer & Food and a hop skip & a jump to Joes if you want a change of scenery. Lovely small beer garden. Sport (rugby & football) on big screen. Against: This appears chiefly to be a conference centre. The out-of-town attendants of which noisily partied-up to well after midnight in the pool area right by our room on the two separate occasions we stayed there. Rather annoying and inconsiderate.

This is such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff! The rooms are nice and very comfortable. The food is delicious! It felt very safe, and there were plenty of places within easy walking distance. The hotel also has a shuttle to and from the airport as well as into the city, which was very convenient! They took such great care of us, and I'd definitely go back again!

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Roof of Africa gebucht, nachdem wir in Windhoek angekommen sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent, wie werden garantiert wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Namibia kommen.
