The stay was very disappointing, even complex due to a problem with the air conditioning, set at 14 degrees centigrade and, apparently, not even stopable during the night. We reported the problem in the late afternoon, and received a superficial response, which advised us to remove the magnetic card to turn off the system, excluding the possibility of being able to adjust the temperature. Since the system had blocked, we slept practically in the cold. We called, as advised, the concierge number, but no one answered. Problem, therefore ignored. The hotel is practically devoid of a restaurant, breakfast is served in a sort of minimarket on the 1st floor, which only sells pre-packaged food. Overabundant staff, sometimes intrusive, but who did not take the slightest care to help us with loading/unloading our luggage. Front office with a forced smile and little empathy. Overall a total disappointment
